Thank you for choosing SM Tech Trading. We are committed to delivering your premium tech products safely and as quickly as possible. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 3. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect) You can save on shipping fees by choosing local pickup at our store. 4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes SM Tech Trading is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if shipping internationally). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Packages SM Tech Trading ensures that all products are packed securely. However, if you receive a damaged order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We recommend inspecting your shipment upon receiving it from the courier. Accepting the shipment declares that the carton is in good condition.
7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unreachable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
